For CPWD, we re-developed a four-acre green-belt parcel just before Rashtrapati Bhawan — a VVIP, high-security zone — with landscaping, hand-crafted sculptures, ornamental water bodies and illuminated musical fountains. The Hon'ble President of India viewed the installed work at the President's Estate in August 2025.
